Muppets On Parade

muppets.jpgWashington's National Museum of American History is singing a wee bit of Rainbow Connection with a new exhibition dedicated to the Muppets. Muppets and Mechanisms: Jim Henson's Legacy tells the story of the lovable Muppets and, of course, features plenty of Muppets on display. Apart from Kermit the Frog and the rest of the gang, expect some 1950s vintage proto-Muppets (pictured) and the cast of The Dark Crystal behind polyeurethane walls as well. And, you know what? It's good to know at least someone remembers that movie.
