International super chef Jean Georges Vongerichten's new restaurant in Shanghai is a huge hit with the city's glitterati. Located on the Shanghai's famed promenade, the Bund, right next to the recently opened Armani Store, it's easily one of the most attractive restaurants in this bustling metropolis of 17 million. The bad news is that with their celebrity chef on the other side of the world, the kitchen in Shanghai seems a little lost.
