Hotels like Thailand's Old Bangkok Inn aren't just maintaining environmental efficiency via their hotels, they're encouraging guests to take more ecologically friendly forms of transportation when traveling too. Top "eco-friendly accommodations" include the Apex City of London Hotel, the Ibis Porte Clichy Centre in Paris and the Lenox Hotel in Boston. [via]
