Most international shopping experts will be quite familiar with the Superfuture site ("urban cartography for global shopping experts"). Now, things have gotten even better with the intro of their Superfuture Superguides. These PDF guides include 30 pages of intensive retail dissection, updated monthly, all for a decent $20. The idea came from the reports the site has long been producing for private clients. Only two cities are currently covered -- Tokyo and New York -- but plenty more are planned, with Shanghai and Beijing next.
